Randy Millis describes himself as a multimedia journalist, advocate and longtime Kelowna resident. Vernon Matters reported that he has a background in journalism, radio, information technology, and community and shelter support work, and about ten years running his own small consulting business. He says he has lived in Kelowna since 2011. The sources reviewed did not show any earlier run for elected office.
